Data Analysis for consumers

The Analysis module for consumers is limited to the catalog (editor). The catalog contains all ready-made reports that can contain one or more diagrams (charts).

Customize areas

For smaller screens or generally to have a larger view of a report or chart, individual areas can be collapsed or expanded and also reduced or enlarged.

View reports in the catalog

All reports that have been made available to you are listed in the catalog. Folders and subfolders containing individual or multiple reports may have been created.
Folders and subfolders are identified by an symbol. A report is assigned the symbol

The can be used to open folders so that contained subfolders or reports become visible.

To view a report, click on the corresponding line in the catalog. The selected report is then shown in the display area.

You can close the (sub)folders again using the symbol.

Settings

The Settings area is hidden by default and must therefore first be shown for use, see Showing and hiding areas.

If the settings have been released for you, you can make your own changes to the displayed report here. This affects the update settings and the report variables.

Update settings

If you have the necessary rights to adjust the update settings, you will see the following selection:

If the auto-update is set to "ON", the view of the current report is updated automatically. After the time entered under the update frequency in seconds or set using the two arrows.

If the auto-update is set to "OFF", the view of the current report is not updated.
If you want to update the view, you must click on the corresponding button.

Manual update

The settings you make here are saved for the browser you are currently using. They are only reset if you change the browser.
If the settings are still not saved, please contact your administrator, as the local storage for your browser may have been deleted.

Report variables

If you have the necessary rights to customize the report variables, you will see a similar selection:

Here you can change the value of the variables listed, e.g. to change time periods or time units.

A possible value range was previously preset for the values. Therefore, not all entries may be applicable to the report.
