Process Collaboration

The Collaboration module provides an integrated communication solution for distributed teams, as well as different locations, departments, roles, and experts. Tasks, messages, or comments can be directly linked to, for example, processes or data objects in BPC, so that the necessary information can be quickly assigned and easily retrieved. For example, in a support case, multiple parties can be notified, and their attention can be drawn directly to the relevant section within the application interface.

The Collaboration features are integrated into the respective modules, thereby streamlining the communication flow related to a process or event. For example, a message can be created directly within the process with a reference. It is then visible within the process that a message has been posted.
