Artefacts

If there is a corresponding request with a specific goal, a task is created and assigned to a person or group for processing. The trigger for such a request can be, for example, that no master data is stored for an imported file. The task is generated manually (or duplicated) to check the data and add master data if necessary.

A message is a written or left message containing information about a process or issue that provides information about important news.

A comment is an explanation or statement about a process and/or another artefact. For this reason, there is no addressee here, as the statement should be available to everyone. A comment can also be critical in nature.

The following functions are available for comments:

The comment can be assigned to a specific topic - provided that a channel has been selected. The topic is the subheading of the main heading (channel). The artefact is therefore in its own directory. The name of the channel is defined in Forum and the topic in Blog & Journal.
