BPC Base URL HTTPS Check
The BPC Base URL HTTPS Check verifies whether the configured BPC base URL uses the HTTPS protocol.
If external connections are routed to the BPC via a reverse proxy, the BPC cannot verify whether the connections are always encrypted. A base URL that uses HTTPS is an indicator that the connection is encrypted.
Steps to Ensure Security
The BPC base URL can be configured in the frontend under Settings → Core Services → General Here, for the setting External Base URL , you must enter a URL that uses HTTPS.
For general information on configuring BPC accessibility, see Network and Reverse Proxy.
