Process roles (No. 1)

This area displays all process roles of the current user for which tasks exist. Select the corresponding role here to view the list of all tasks.

Task list (No. 2)

All tasks are displayed in a table. The columns can be used to sort, filter and narrow down the tasks so that they can be processed quickly. Tasks can be accepted or delegated directly via the Actions column. Double-click on a task to open it.

Task name

Shows the name of the task. The name comes from the corresponding dialog box that was filled out or generated when the task was created.

Description

A short description from the dialog box of the same name that was filled out when the module was created.

Start

The date and time of the module activation is listed here.

Expiry

The time at which the task is removed from the task list. This time is calculated from the start time and the time limit that was entered when the module was created.

Actions

The column contains various buttons with which the user can perform actions such as Lock, Unlock, Delegate, Delegate to all recipients, etc.

Navigation (No. 3)

Navigation can be used to move through a large number of tasks. The number of tasks to be displayed per table page can be adjusted in the configuration.

Additional actions (No. 4)

This area contains additional actions provided by the Process Interaction module.
