Virtimo AI Services

Virtimo AI integrates powerful Large Language Model (LLM) functions directly into the Virtimo Business Process Center (BPC). These Services support administrators and users in creating content and using the software.

Prerequisites & Architecture

The AI Services are provided via the Virtimo Cloud Platform (ai.virtimo.cloud). In order to use the functions, the following requirements must be met:

Network

The BPC server requires an active Internet connection in order to access the ai.virtimo.cloud service.

Backend Connection

The BPC automatically sets up a backend connection with the name virtimo-ai. This manages communication with the AI services. This manages communication with the AI services.

Licensing

Access is subject to a license. For authentication, a KeyID which is stored in your BPC license.

To be able to use Virtimo AI, you need an updated license file containing the KeyID. Please contact your Virtimo Account Manager if your current license does not yet support this function.

Quotas

A defined quota of requests is available to each customer for the use of the AI services.

AI Assistant Rio

The AI assistant Rio supports users directly in the application with questions about the operation and configuration of the BPC.

Generation of BPC Forms

This function enables even complex form structures to be generated automatically using simple textual descriptions (prompts). This speeds up the development process of forms considerably.

Outlook

The range of Virtimo AI Services is constantly being expanded. Future updates will include a granular authorization structure that allows administrators to control the use of individual AI functions for specific user groups.
