Update of the BPC workflows
After the update
Requirements
-
You updated the BPC with the patch installer.
-
You are logged on to the INUBIT Workbench as administrator
root
.
How to proceed

Switch to the additional user group BusinessProcessCenter via the menu File > Switch to additional user group > BusinessProcessCenter.

Import the updated BPC workflows via the Edit > Import > INUBIT Diagram(group) menu.

Select the new file
BusinessProcessCenter-workflow-patch-<bpc-version>.diagrams.zip
from the directory<bpc-installdir>/bpc_modules
. -
In the User/User Group section, select the BusinessProcessCenter user group.

To prevent the system connector settings and variable values from being overwritten, disable the associated option.

Click Finish to start the import.
→ The updated BPC workflows are added to the already existing diagrams as a new version.

BPC_doc_Configuration: Adjust the variable mapping in the BPC_doc_initializeConfig module as described in the comments of the workflow if the BPC Documentation module is to be used.
