Configuring INUBIT via the Workbench

General Settings Tab

All the settings you make on the Administration > General Settings tab apply to the entire Process Engine.

Server Information Tab

On the Administration > Server information tab, you can view unchangeable parameters of the Process Engine.

Editing Configuration Files

The Workbench can be used to directly edit the following configuration files:

  • ibis_deploy.xml

    Module-specific properties are considered during deployment.

  • systemdiagram_config.xml

    Module-specific properties are taken into account during the configuration of external systems in system diagrams.

  • partnermanagement_config.xml

    Module-specific properties are taken into account in the partner management configuration in the system diagram.

The XML files contain the properties/property names of a connector that can be changed by the user in the respective context (deployment, system diagram or partner management) by using the Workbench.

Proceed as follows

  1. Open the Workbench.

  2. Select one of the following menu items and change the required parameters:

    • Burger menu > Configuration > Deployment

      to open the file ibis_deploy.xml

    • Burger menu > Configuration > System Diagrams

      to open the file systemdiagram_config.xml

    • Burger menu > Configuration > Partner management

      to open the file partnermanagement_config.xml

  3. Click OK to save the changes to the cache.

  4. Restart the Process Engine in order for the changes to take effect.

Saving Configuration Files

Saving the configuration files allows a backup.

You can save the following files as file to the file system, to the Repository, or to the clip board:

  • ibis_deploy.xml

    Module-specific properties are considered during deployment.

  • systemdiagram_config.xml

    Module-specific properties are taken into account during the configuration of external systems in system diagrams.

  • partnermanagement_config.xml

    Module-specific properties are taken into account in the partner management configuration in the system diagram.

Proceed as follows

  1. Open the Workbench.

  2. Select one of the following menu items and change the required parameters:

    • Burger menu > Configuration > Deployment

      to open the file ibis_deploy.xml

    • Burger menu > Configuration > System Diagrams

      to open the file systemdiagram_config.xml

    • Burger menu > Configuration > Partner Management

      to open the file partnermanagement_config.xml

  3. Click the administration guide 162 1 icon and select one of the following menu items:

    • Save > File as…​

    • Save > Repository…​

    • Save > Clipboard
