Starting/stopping the INUBIT Process Engine
Prerequisites

You have installed one of the supported JDKs and you have set the Java environment variables accordingly.

The databases are configured correctly.
Refer to Configuring Databases

You have configured your INUBIT installation, refer to Configuring INUBIT in the ibis.xml File.
At the first start of the Process Engine, a copy of the
ibis.xmlfile is created asibis.xml.bak. Even when changing theibis.xmlfile, theibis.xml.bakremains unchanged. In case of write error toibis.xml, theibis.xml.bakwill be restored toibis.xmlfile.
Starting the INUBIT Process Engine

The license is already imported.
Proceed as follows
Do one of the following:

Windows: Click Start > Programs > INUBIT > Start Process Engine

Linux/Windows:
Manually start the script that is appropriate to your operating system:
<inubit-installdir>/inubit/bin/start_process_engine.shor.bator
Start the INUBIT Process Engine service.
Refer to Installing/Uninstalling INUBIT Process Engine as Service.
Depending on your selected install set, proceed as follows:

Stopping the INUBIT Process Engine
Prerequisites
You have already startet the INUBIT Process Engine.
Proceed as follows

Manually start the script that is appropriate to your operating system:
<inubit-installdir>/inubit/bin/stop_process_engine.shor.bator

Stop the INUBIT Process Engine service.
