Creating and Deleting Login Profiles

You can create different login profiles to log into different INUBIT Process Engines.

Creating a login profile

Proceed as follows

  1. Start the INUBIT Workbench. The login dialog is displayed.

  2. Click the workbench user guide 433 1 button (New connection). A new profile is displayed with the name Default (Copy) and a copy of the default profile data.

  3. Assign a meaningful name to the new profile.

  4. Enter your login data like login name, password, and server URL, refer to Starting the INUBIT Workbench and Logging In.

  5. Click the SSL button to establish a save connection of the INUBIT Workbench with the INUBIT Process Engine. A dialog opens, where you can configure the server and/or client authentication.

  6. Check the option Save password in order to login in future without entering the password again.

    This option is only available if the system administrator has allowed storing passwords.

    Refer to Allow users to store passwords in section Configuring INUBIT User Accounts.

    → The profile is automatically saved even if you click Cancel immediately after creating it.

Deleting a login profile

Proceed as follows

  1. Select the profile

  2. Click workbench user guide 433 2 (Delete connection).
    → The profile is deleted.
