UDP Connector

Usage

A User Datagram Protocol (UDP) Connector is used in transmission of data segments between points on a network, including segmentation, acknowledgment, and multiplexing.

The UDP Connector in the INUBIT Workbench is an output connector used to send UDP packages from module input stream to the remote server.

Dialog UDP Connector Configuration

Dialog description

The connection configuration consists of the following properties:

  • Hostname: Enter hostname or IP address.

  • Port: Enter port details.

  • Test Connection: This test only checks if the address and port are reachable via sockets, and does not send a message to the remote side.

To test, click on Test Connection.
