The EDI Rule Management helps in viewing and managing the EDI rules available in the server.

In the EDI Rule Management, the following information is displayed:
EDI Rule Management Functions
In the EDI Rule Management context menu, the following menu items are available:

Add…
Allows you to select a new rule file format, version, release and publish the selected rule file. By default, the option is enabled in the toolbar and in the context menu. -
Add rule folder…
Allows you to choose folder containing EDI files. You can also select one or more EDI files instead of a folder. By default, the option is enabled in the toolbar and in the context menu. -
Edit…
Allows you to edit the selected rule file. You can click Save to save and publish the changes. Otherwise, click Cancel to abort the changes.
This option is enabled in the toolbar and the context menu only when a single rule file of the supported license format is selected. -
Download…
Allows you to download the files to the selected folder.
This option is enabled in the toolbar and the context menu only when a single or multiple rule file of the supported license format is selected. -
Delete
Allows you to delete the selected files after confirmation prompt. This option is enabled in the toolbar and the context menu only when a single or multiple rule file is selected. -
Rename
Allows you to rename the EDI rule file.
