Using the INUBIT Workbench
Usage
The INUBIT Workbench is your interface to the INUBIT Process Engine: with the INUBIT Workbench you control the INUBIT Process Engine and use the complete functionality of the INUBIT software.
The INUBIT Workbench supports you in the following tasks:
-
Modeling business processes
Refer to Modeling Business Process Diagrams.
-
Process automation and integration
Refer to Technical Workflow Diagrams.
-
Reporting: Generating log files and statistical analyzes of the executed business process
-
Monitoring running processes
Refer to Technical Monitoring.
-
Administering
-
Manage users and user groups, and the login details and access rights of the INUBIT Workbench users
Refer to Managing Users.
-
Configure software
Refer to General Settings of the INUBIT Software.
-
Manage plug-ins that are integrated into INUBIT software
Refer to Developing and Installing Plug-ins.
-
Using multiple INUBIT Workbenches
You can start multiple INUBIT Workbenches with the same version on your computer at the same time.
This is useful, for example, for observing in watch mode the execution of a Technical Workflow connected to a higher-level workflow via a Workflow Connector. In this case you start two instances of the INUBIT Workbench; in one you display the lower-level workflow in watch mode while in the other instance you start the higher-level workflow. This way you can observe the execution of the lower-level workflow in watch mode.
Refer to Using the Watch Mode.
Refreshing data
If a number of INUBIT Workbench users access an INUBIT Process Engine simultaneously, an automatic refresh process ensures that the data is in the same state for all users.
Workbench log files
You can specify whether all instances of the INUBIT Workbench running on the same computer are to be logged in a single file or whether each instance is to have its own file.
Refer to Changing INUBIT Workbench Settings.
