Edit master data

This module enables fast, web-based recording and storage of structured data and object relationships. The main functionalities include creating, editing, managing, deleting and exporting.

Create data

Master data can be created either manually via the interface of the Data Management module or via a standardized interface. In both cases, specially created check processes can be triggered on the basis of a technical INUBIT workflow. Plausibility and completeness checks can be carried out automatically.

Create data

Data records can be created and filled manually using the "plus sign". Actions can then be executed, e.g. synchronization with time series.

Edit data

The following business transactions can trigger the "Master data change" process:

  • Existing master data is to be completely replaced.

  • Additional master data is to be added to existing master data.

  • Existing master data is to be partially replaced.

  • Non-existing master data is to be added.

Edit master data

This activity can be used to change the values of previously entered data:

  • Open the data record and double-click in the line; then make the change.

  • Then click Save.

The date of the last changed entry is logged in the data record.
