Display process information
Tabular display of process entry
Information on a process is initially displayed in tabular form in the monitor view.
Depending on how the content view is configured, the user can read information about the process line by line.
Display processing history
In the first column of each process, the user can use the + icon to expand the processing history for a process in an overview and display it below the process line.
In addition to the processing number, time of process execution and message information, for example, the user can also see the status of a process in the processing history.
In addition, the sequences of the individual processes can be downloaded, e.g. for the purpose of traceability in individual cases.
Call up the processing history in a new window by double-clicking on a process line
By double-clicking on a process line, the user can also display a history of the steps already processed for this process.
To do this, double-click on a process line to open a new window and, in addition to the most important history information for individual steps, you can also display the messages directly from the history on the screen.
In addition, all important information about a process is displayed again in the process information area (see Process information tab).
Further detailed information on a process entry
The detailed view is available for each process in order to obtain all information at a glance or to be able to view the associated processing.
Basically, the user should find all the information here that a process collects during its processing/life cycle.
Full-screen detailed view
Double-clicking on a data line for the process opens a window for the detailed view for the user.
Split detailed view
To display the detailed information in a split view, right-click on the data row. The split window can then be resized to the desired size on the screen.
|
If the split view is not available in the context menu (right mouse click), this must be activated separately in the configurations. |
The detail view for a process shows all the information defined for the display.
In the header area, for example, you could find the most important information about the process.
The user can find further information on the process and its processing parameters in the middle area.
If actions have taken place for the process, these are also listed here.
All files that are important for the process or that become part of the process during processing are displayed to the user in a list.
