The Blog & Journal areas can be combined in terms of content, as they merely have different views on the presentation of topics. The blog is available in tabular view and provides a structured overview of the key data, the journal focuses on the content presentation of the artefacts for the respective topic.
The blog and journal are categorized with the help of topics. This allows the user to quickly grasp the central topic. The topic is created individually and thus represents a kind of table of contents. It is effectively the subheading of the channel as the main heading. The channel name is defined in Forum.
Blog
A blog is a kind of diary that lists and logs records or facts. In the BPC, these are the artefacts tasks, messages and comments. The focus of the blog is on comments, which enable the exchange of experiences and thoughts on the referenced BPC process. However, tasks and messages can also be created and stored for this purpose.
