Forms access management

This page describes organizations, roles and rights that provide access to various data and functions of this module.

For more information, see Authentication and authorization in the BPC.

Organizations, roles and rights are not case-sensitive. For example, the BPC does not differentiate between Rolle1 and ROLLE1.

For a user to be able to use this module, they first need the right loadModule_forms.

This module does not offer any options for managing access.

Roles

FORMS_ADMIN

The role gives access to all functions of the module.

Rights

FORMS_READ_ALL

This right allows access to all forms in the repository.

FORMS_ADD

This right allows you to save new forms in the repository.

FORMS_UPDATE

This permission allows you to modify existing forms in the repository.

FORMS_READ_HISTORY

This right makes it possible to access the history of forms in the repository.
