Forms Access Management

This page describes the organizations, roles, and permissions that provide access to various data and functions in this module.

For more information, see Authentication and Authorization in BPC.

Case is not relevant for organizations, roles, and permissions. For example, the BPC does not distinguish between Rolle1 and ROLLE1.

In order for a user to use this module, they must first have the loadModule_forms permission.

This module does not provide any options for managing access.

Roles

FORMS_ADMIN

This role grants access to all module functions.

Permissions

FORMS_READ_ALL

This permission allows access to all forms in the repository.

FORMS_ADD

This right allows you to save new forms in the repository.

FORMS_UPDATE

This right allows you to modify existing forms in the repository.

FORMS_READ_HISTORY

This right allows you to access the history of forms in the repository.
