Feed

In the BPC, a feed is defined as "a list of all artefacts for which a grouping has been used". Grouping means the classification in Channel & Topic. With the help of the grouping, users can get a quick overview of the communication flow on a specific topic.

There are three ways that a feed can be displayed and edited: Via the "Collaboration Module Integration", the "Collaboration Forum" or the "Collaboration Journal".
Depending on where adjustments or new features are made, synchronization takes place. If, for example, a task is created in the feed, it also appears in the inbox folder of the recipient.

Feed

The following functions can be used in the feed:

  • Create, edit and reply to comments

  • Create, edit, reply to, accept/return and complete tasks

  • Create, edit and reply to messages
