Feed

In BPC, a feed is defined as “a list of all artifacts for which grouping has been applied.” Grouping refers to the classification into channels and topics. Grouping allows users to quickly get an overview of the flow of communication on a specific topic.

There are three ways to view and edit a feed: Via the “Collaboration Module Integration,” the “Collaboration Forum,” or the “Collaboration Journal.”
Synchronization occurs depending on where adjustments or updates are made. For example, if a task is created in the feed, it will also appear in the recipient’s Inbox.

Feed

The following functions are available in the feed:

  • Create, edit, and reply to comments

  • Create, edit, reply to, accept/return, and complete tasks

  • Create, edit, and reply to messages
