Documents

The Documents module allows BPC users to create/upload, edit, and distribute files in a wide variety of formats. The maximum allowed size for uploaded files can be adjusted manually.
At the same time, the stored files can be viewed or played back in a viewer—the viewer adapts to the file type and provides an appropriate display. This viewer can also be used in other modules, for example, to display attached files in the Process Monitor or Data Management.
In addition, BPC users can use the Documents module to avoid having to extract ZIP files locally, since ZIP files can be inspected directly in the viewer and the required file(s) can be opened or used directly.
Custom keywords, tags, and Labels help with categorizing, filtering, and searching for files and documents.
