The BPC Interaction Module provides a centralized and clear overview of all automated user tasks, such as tasks, manual process approvals, or interactions with critical process instances. These tasks and processes can be displayed and accessed in a user-friendly task list with a configurable structure. The tasks can be categorized using various filters, displayed in separate lists, and presented along with all detailed information from process monitoring. All actions within a process can be executed here, taking into account the user’s roles and permissions. Through integration with the BPC Process Collaboration module, ad hoc processes (e.g., for clearing critical processes prior to interaction) between BPC users can also be supported for these tasks.
