Load a webapp form from INUBIT

This endpoint provides the content required for loading a web page. This sends data to be loaded in the independent portlet without a dedicated portal server or process user configuration in INUBIT. It also creates an entry in Queue Manager. Data will be a combination of html, ExtJs and javascript, that can be loaded directly in any application.
