Directory Trees Shortcuts

Action Shortcut

Publish local module or diagram

[Ctrl] + [U]

Create a new artifact (module, diagram, directory, file, report, user etc.)

The type of the created module/diagram depends on the module/diagram type currently selected in the directory tree; if a superior directory is selected, the type can be selected in the first wizard dialog

[Ins] or [Ctrl] + [N]

Delete the selected element

[Del]

Select multiple diagrams or modules listed one after another in a directory

Select topmost module/diagram, press [Shift] key, select last diagram/module

Select multiple diagrams or modules which are not listed one after the other

Keep [Ctrl] key pressed and click the requested diagrams/modules

Navigate through directories in the directory tree

[Arrow key up/down]

Alternatively: Click the first letter of the directory on the keyboard.

The next directory starting with the letter is selected.

Open/collapse directories

[Ctrl] + [left/right arrow key]

Expand all elements in directory tree

[Ctrl] + [Shift] + [right arrow key]

Open server diagram/module for editing

[Ctrl] + [double-click] on the server diagram/module

Display local diagram/module in the server directory tree

Designer and Module Editor Shortcuts

The shortcuts are available in the appropriate context only, for example, [Ctrl] + [left mouse button pressed] when changing the element size works in diagrams at resizable elements like scopes only, but not at Workflow modules.

When increasing/decreasing elements, displace all elements in the diagram that are located anywhere in the scope of the resizing

When increasing/decreasing elements, displace only those elements that directly interfere with the resizing action

Zoom in (Designer only)
