It declares only the properties, not their values: this configuration alone does not change anything in a workflow or in a module. The INUBIT Process Engine reads this configuration when workflows or modules are deployed to another system. For every module of the deployment it looks up the plugin of the module here and puts exactly the declared properties into the deployment list, together with their value on the source system and their value on the target system. The user gets this list in the deployment dialog of the INUBIT Workbench and can change the values for the target system before the deployment is executed. A deployment over the command line interface uses the same list; there the file is handed over with the option "deployConfiguration". The properties that are declared here are therefore the maximum that a deployment offers, not the set that is changed. Every property that the user does not adjust keeps the value out of the deployment archive, just like every property not declared here. The benefit is that the settings which differ from system to system, for example, addresses, login data, and directories, are adjusted while the deployment runs. The same workflow therefore runs on the development, test, and production system without being edited afterward. STRUCTURE Every top level <Property> element stands for one plugin, every nested <Property> element for one property of this plugin: name On the plugin: name of the connector or of the module type, for example, "FTP Connector". It has to match the plugin name of the module, otherwise the deployment offers no property for this module. On the property: name of the module property that is to become adjustable. It has to match the property name of the module, otherwise the value cannot be transferred. type Documents the type of the entry, "ListProperty" on the plugin and the property type on the property, for example, String, Password, or Boolean. displayName Label of the property. Only the "name" attributes are evaluated. The "type" and the "displayName" merely document an entry. They have to be correct for the reader but not for the Process Engine. A property has to be declared here to be adjustable during a deployment. It declares only the properties, not their values: this configuration alone does not overwrite anything in a workflow. The user does the overwriting itself in the INUBIT Workbench. The INUBIT Process Engine reads this configuration and builds from it the input mask of an external system (resource): For every resource type the mask offers exactly the properties that are declared here. In this mask the user sets the values and links the workflow modules that are to be configured from the external system. When a workflow is published, the linked system connectors get these values instead of the values of their own module configuration (see class SystemConnections). The properties that are declared here are therefore the maximum that the user can overwrite, not the set that is overwritten. The user may as well overwrite only single properties: every property for which no value is set at the external system keeps the value of its module configuration, just like every property not declared here. The benefit is a central configuration: connection data, credentials, and further settings are maintained at one single place and can be adjusted at any time without editing every single workflow module. The counterpart for the partner-specific configuration is partnermanagement_config.xml, which declares the overwritable properties of the Partner Management connectors. STRUCTURE Every <Resource> element declares one connector type that can be linked in a system diagram: name Name of the connector, for example, "FTP Connector". It has to match the plugin name of the connector, because the Workbench offers the resource only to the users that have the right to use this plugin. Target System diagram shape by which the resource is represented, always the external system. Property One overwritable property of the connector. The "name" has to match the property name of the connector module, otherwise the value cannot be transferred. The "type" is the property type (see class PropertyFactory, for example, String, Boolean, Password, X509, KeyStore), "displayName" is the language key of the label, and "displayDescription" is the language key of the tooltip. The element content is not an overwriting value; it is only preset in the input mask when the user configures an external system. The benefit is a central configuration: addresses, login data, and certificates of a partner are maintained at one single place and can be adjusted at any time without editing every single workflow. The counterpart for the technical configuration is systemdiagram_config.xml, which declares the properties that are overwritable over the external systems of a system diagram. STRUCTURE Every <Protocol> element declares one transport protocol of the Partner Management: name Protocol name that is shown in the Workbench, for example, "SFTP". The name may occur several times because inbound and outbound are declared separately. plugin Name of the connector that implements the protocol. The Workbench offers the protocol only to the users that have the right to use this plugin. inbound The protocol can be used for the receipt of messages from the partner. outbound The protocol can be used for the sending of messages to the partner. Both attributes may be set if the connector works in both directions. Property One overwritable property of the connector. The "name" has to match the property name of the connector module, otherwise the value cannot be transferred. The "type" is the property type (see the ParameterTypes element below and class PropertyFactory), and "displayName" is the language key of the label. The element content is not an overwriting value; it is only preset in the input mask when the user configures a partner, in this template an example value. Konfigurationsdateien speichern
Das Speichern ermöglicht ein Backup der Konfigurationsdateien.
Sie können die nachfolgenden Konfigurationsdateien als Datei im Dateisystem, im Repository oder in der Zwischenablage speichern:
